What you will be doing: Working 5 straight 8 hour shifts, usually either Breakfast and lunch or afternoon/evening shift for dinner service. Sometimes a mid shift is required. We expect you to work your fair share of weekends. Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions to improve the environment and menus Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to property recipes and standards Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team Add diplomas/certifications required if needed Additional Information Your team and working environment: The head chef is you line manager and you work with two other CDP's a commis chef and the kitchen porters.
