As a Chef de Partie, you take ownership of your section, bringing consistency, creativity, and strong culinary skills to every plate. Your expertise in à la carte service, combined with a foundation in Asian cuisine, allows you to elevate flavors, perfect presentation, and deliver memorable dining experiences.
