Working closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef, you’ll help deliver consistently memorable dining experiences while supporting and developing junior team members. Job Description We’re seeking a passionate and driven Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. This hands-on role is ideal for a chef who thrives in a collaborative environment, values quality and consistency, and takes pride in their craft. You’ll be involved in all aspects of kitchen operations, from preparing and presenting beautifully executed dishes to ensuring smooth service and strong team communication. You’ll also play an important role in mentoring junior chefs and maintaining the standards that define the Peppers Marysville experience. Qualifications About you: Trade-qualified with 3-5 years proven experience in a 4-star hotel or high end restaurant Confident in à la carte service and comfortable performing under pressure without compromising quality or consistency.
