Collaborating closely with our Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef to deliver seamless food production across all services Leading your section with confidence, ensuring every dish is executed to recipe and delivered to our high culinary standards Maintaining strict food safety and hygiene protocols in all food storage, preparation, and handling processes Keeping on top of daily inventory needs, coordinating with the Executive Chef to ensure ingredients are always fresh and available Using classic cooking methods and top-quality local ingredients to create bold, hearty dishes that celebrate our unique surroundings Supporting kitchen efficiency by managing prep time, reducing food wastage, and helping maintain cost-effective operations Qualifications You will be: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally within a fast-paced, high-volume hotel kitchen (5-star experience is a plus!) Solid understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards Flexible and reliable – ready to work shifts, weekends, and support a busy service team A team-first attitude with a strong desire to grow and contribute to a high-performing culinary team Committed to quality, detail, and presentation in every plate you prepare Additional Information This is a Full Time role with guaranteed 40-hours per week, a competitive salary range of $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 and Accors range of Global Benefits.
