Company Description We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to keep the kitchen rolling, food flawless and make every plate unforgettable (only in a good way!) at The Hoxton, Edinburgh. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you’ll be responsible for providing a highly efficient and effective service, ensuring standards are maintained and guest needs are anticipated. We’ve opened our doors in Edinburgh’s charming West End - our very first Hox in Scotland. Set across 11 beautiful Georgian townhouses, we’re home to 214 bedrooms, a lively open lobby and bar, an all-day Italian trattoria Patatino, a retro-inspired cinema, a flexible and super-size event space called The Get Together, and The Apartment – our unique signature spot for meetings, private dinners and memorable gatherings. What you will do… Bring delicious flavours to our guests’ tables by running a section in our busy kitchen. Make sure things are running without a hitch, orders and deliveries are coming and going as needed, our service is smooth as chipotle butter and our food hygiene standards are sky-high. Work with our Executive Chef on ideas and techniques that make our kitchen a creative, ever-changing environment where we’re always looking to make the best food out there. Ensure statutory compliance in all food and drink related areas. Pay attention to the details to ensure every dish served is as delicious as the one before! What we’re looking for… Individuals.
