Job Description We’re on the lookout for talented Chefs de Partie to join our vibrant kitchen team at Farra! Farra is the flagship restaurant of HYDE Perth, showcasing modern Greek and Mediterranean flavours. Farra combines coastal Cycladic style with a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere. With a menu inspired by seasonality and fresh, high-quality ingredients, Farra offers a dynamic environment where creativity, collaboration, and culinary excellence come together. As a Chef de Partie, you will: Run your own section of the kitchen with consistency and flair. Ensure freshness, quality, and presentation of dishes to the highest standards. Support menu planning and daily specials. Supervise and mentor junior chefs. Manage stock control, rotation, and contribute to ordering. Uphold kitchen hygiene and HACCP compliance. Qualifications Passion for cooking and creating memorable dining experiences. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Commitment to learning, consistency, and attention to detail. Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or minimum of 3 years experience in relevant role required. Experience in Mediterranean/Greek cuisine an advantage.
