Job Description We’re on the hunt for a talented Chef de Partie with a strong a la carte background to join our exceptional kitchen team. In this role, you’ll craft top-quality dishes, contribute to exciting menu development, and oversee kitchen operations, all while playing an important part in ensuring our guests enjoy a remarkable dining experience. You’ll mentor junior staff, maintain food safety standards, and help keep the kitchen running smoothly in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. What you’ll do: Prepare outstanding dishes across various kitchen sections, including a la carte, buffet, larder, mise-en-place, room service, and banquets Bring fresh ideas to the table by helping develop new menu items that elevate the guest dining experience Lead and mentor junior staff, offering training and support to foster their growth Apply a range of cooking techniques to deliver consistently exceptional dishes Ensure the kitchen remains spotless, organized, and compliant with food safety standards at all times Encourage open communication and collaboration within the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations Qualifications What we’re looking for: Trade qualifications and prior experience in the hotel industry (preferred) Extensive experience working with a la carte service Solid understanding of food safety requirements A service-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Flexibility and the ability to embrace change and adapt quickly Additional Information Why work for Accor?
