Job Description As a Chef de Partie, you’ll take a hands-on role in delivering exceptional evening à la carte service at Coco’s. You’ll craft high-quality dishes with precision and creativity, ensuring each plate meets our standards for taste, presentation and consistency. Key Responsibilities Lead evening à la carte service at Coco’s, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and served on time Manage mise en place and supervise junior chefs in your section Maintain rigorous hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness standards Assist with room service, buffet and larder preparations as required Collaborate on seasonal and creative menu development to enhance the guest experience Ensure smooth communication and teamwork across all kitchen sections Qualifications Trade qualifications and previous hotel experience preferred Proven experience in à la carte evening service at a high-paced environment Strong knowledge of food safety standards Service-focused with excellent attention to detail Exceptional time management and multitasking skills Flexible and able to adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment Additional Information Why work for Accor?
