If you have experience in a venue or hotel environment, and strong leadership skills, we want to hear from you! You’ll bring a genuine love for food, a flair for creating memorable moments, and a warm, authentic style. Qualifications Trade qualification and experience in a similar role, preferably within a hotel environment. Excellent technical knowledge with experience in a variety of cooking techniques and styles. Demonstrated experience leading staff. Exemplary communication skills. Excellent organisational skills. Ability to maintain high and consistent standards. Available for a rotating rosters that include early morning starts.
