Job Description
Mercure Perth is seeking a skilled Casual Chef de Partie to support the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations. You will assist in menu preparation, ensure high standards of food quality and presentation, and supervise kitchen staff in the absence of senior chefs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant culinary trade qualifications.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety requirements, HACCP, and kitchen hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work independently, with initiative and energy in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and team leadership skills.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality cuisine and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Multicultural awareness and ability to work with diverse teams.
