CHEF DE PARTIE – JOIN OUR TEAM AT AHMET’S TURKISH RESTAURANT, SOUTH BANK

Ahmet’s Turkish Restaurant is a vibrant and busy establishment located in the heart of South Bank, Brisbane. We’re currently seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to become part of our dynamic kitchen team.

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes in line with our traditional Turkish recipes and presentation standards. Your role will include:

• Preparing and cooking food to meet established recipes and quality standards
• Monitoring stock levels and ensuring efficient kitchen operations
• Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen activities
• Maintaining consistency and high standards in food quality and presentation
• Ensuring cleanliness and organisation in your section at all times
