Chef De Partie required to work at Allibell Limited T/A The Old Mill Restaurant of 14, Temple Bar Square, Dublin 2, D02V970, Ireland. The candidate must have 3 years’ experience in similar role. Duties include working with the Head Chef, overseeing the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, ensuring quality and presentation of food produced, stock control, adhering to hygiene standards, working well under pressure, preparing, cooking, and presenting various dishes, as well as preparing menus in collaboration with colleagues.
