We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade in addition to our current team due to continued growth & success at the Antrobus Arms in Antrobus, near Northwich.

REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR CHEF DE PARTIE

• Minimum of 2 years Professional Kitchen experience.
• Minimum of 1 year Chef de Partie experience.
• Professional Cookery Qualifications
• Food Safety Level 2

• Collaborate with Sous & Head Chef and support junior colleagues.
• Offer creative input to menus and specials.
• Support with ordering, purchasing and stock control.
• Maintain an efficient, safe and harmonious working environment.
• Contribute to the development of junior colleagues.
• Communicate with Front of House colleagues.
