The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay, a cluster of hotels, is looking for an experienced Chef De Partie - Arabic to join their extraordinary team!
Conveniently located in the heart of Dubai’s Business Bay area, home of the Burj Khalifa! Minutes away from The Dubai Mall, renowned Jumeirah Beach, and with convenient access to all of Dubai’s world-leading tourist attractions. The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay includes 275 hotel rooms as well as 120 one- and two-bedroom apartments, convenient F&B offerings & meeting and events facilities.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Ideally, you’ll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we’re looking for:

  • Completion of a degree or certificate in culinary arts
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Arabic cuisine required
  • Vast knowledge of international culinary practices, menus, and offerings
  • High level of written and verbal English

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in managing day-to-day kitchen operations, including planning, delegating tasks, and setting performance and development goals for team members.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and constructive feedback to enhance team performance, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Support the management of all kitchen functions to maximize departmental profitability while maintaining high standards of food production, hygiene, and sanitation.
  • Supervise and contribute to special events and culinary promotions.
  • Maintain accurate and updated recipe documentation, including costing for all dishes served within the Food & Beverage operations.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef in developing new dishes and culinary products
