We are currently recruiting for Casual Chef de Partie to join our hotel team at Chessington World of Adventures.

THE INGREDIENTS FOR SUCCESS

You will have worked in a busy kitchen environment in a role supporting your head chef or kitchen manager, or you are looking for your next step in responsibility. Your mission is clear, you must deliver first class food to our customers, with exceptional standards of presentation, hygiene and organisation - this is a role with a high volume of covers and will be busy!

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED

  • Relevant culinary qualification
  • 1-2 years experience in a professional kitchen
  • Experience in industrial catering
  • A passion for food and service
  • Flexible approach for hours and duties
Responsibilities
  • Produce food in line with food safety guidelines and Aramark policy
  • Produce menu items to spec and ensure all food is delivered to our high standards
  • Prepare food for service following correct prep lists/ guidance
  • Support in the coaching and mentoring of Commis Chefs, Kitchen Assistants and Kitchen Porters
  • Help maintain high standards of cleanliness within the kitchen
  • Carry out cleaning tasks as required following COSHH
  • Work seamlessly with the front of house team, developing and maintaining good communication
  • Be a champion for food safety
