  • Support Leadership: Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations, stepping up as needed.
  • Deliver Excellence: Champion our food and hospitality service for the restaurant, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
  • Maintain Standards: Follow hygiene policies and HACCP guidelines and ensure stock rotation using the FIFO rule.
  • Train and Inspire: Help train Commis Chefs and support the development of kitchen staff.
  • Adapt and Excel: Be versatile across all kitchen sections, handling multiple roles with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Focus on Safety: Participate in health and safety training and adhere to all company policies.
