• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis ready to step up
• A team player with a can-do attitude
• Calm under pressure,especially on busy evenings and during events
• Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practices
• Someone who enjoys being part of a loyal,long-standing team
• Available to work weekend
