We are currently looking for full time Chef de Partie for our gorgeous Avoca Malahide location. The ideal candidate would ideally have general Chef de Partie experience working in a fast paced service environment.
This role is for immediate start, 5 days per week and is a permanent full-time contract. Day-time hours only.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant culinary qualification with 1-2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen
  • Knowledge of HACCP procedures and industrial catering standards
  • Experience in menu planning and food cost management
  • Strong teamwork and initiative with excellent communication skills
  • Professional, courteous, and committed to maintaining high personal hygiene standards

Responsibilities
  • Ensure high standards in food hygiene, presentation, and compliance with HACCP and Health & Safety regulations
  • Support menu planning and costings to achieve budgeted gross profit margins and reduce waste
  • Assist with food ordering using approved suppliers and maintain accurate stock levels
  • Maintain daily food safety and quality records across kitchen operations
  • Lead and motivate the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food and service standards
  • Oversee food deliveries with the Head Chef to ensure quality and freshness
  • Foster strong communication and working relationships with clients, customers, and staff
