Back Row West is looking for a CHEF DE PARTE with preferably high volume breakfast and lunch operation would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will understand the need for;

• Quality control, consistency and 100% customer satisfaction
• Maintaining strong relationships and communication with kitchen team, front of house staff and management team
• Punctuality and reliability
• Food Safety
• Arriving to shifts on time
• Great attitude

Must be able to handle high volumes and pressure, have a even temperament and learn to work well in a team. Must also maintain a passion and pride in sending out amazing product.
