By meticulously managing their section and assisting in various bakery operations, this role helps uphold the hotel's reputation for culinary excellence, ensuring that guests enjoy a memorable and delightful dining experience. Qualifications Education: A formal culinary education or a relevant pastry and bakery program. Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in bakery operations, with a focus on the specific section (e.g., pastries, bread). Luxury Hotel Exposure: Prior experience working in luxury hotels or upscale restaurants, demonstrates an understanding of the service and quality standards expected. Leadership Skills: Some experience in a supervisory role or as a lead baker, showcasing the ability to manage a section and delegate tasks effectively.
