We are seeking a motivated Junior Baker to support our outlet. This role involves assisting with the preparation, baking, and finishing of breads, pastries, and other bakery products while learning professional baking techniques.

REQUIREMENTS

• Some experience in a bakery, kitchen, or culinary training preferred (fresh graduates welcome).
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Flexible with early morning or weekend shifts.
• Passion for baking and attention to detail.

• Assist in preparing and baking a variety of bakery items.
• Measure, mix, and handle ingredients under supervision.
• Operate and clean baking equipment safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards.
• Support senior bakers and follow daily production schedules.
