JOB SUMMARY

We are currently looking for full time Chef de Partie to join our small, friendly, female led kitchen team. This job is suitable for an experienced CDP or a commis/demi CDP looking to make a step up.
Baudry Greene is a cafe by day and cocktail bar by night, where our team of chefs make almost everything in house. We are looking for someone who is willing to work in all sections of our kitchen, including the occasional bake shift (6am start).
You will primarily be working alongside another Chef de Partie on our larder section. This is a very varied role as our menus change throughout the day from breakfast to lunch to our evening snack menu. An average week would be a 45 hour week, working over 4 days.
