Job Description We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef De Partie to join our culinary team in Cork, Ireland. As a Chef De Partie, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our kitchen, ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation. Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head chef and sous chef Oversee the production of all dishes assigned to your station, ensuring consistency and quality Manage your designated area, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in line with food safety standards Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and timely food preparation Assist in menu development, providing creative input and suggestions for improvement Monitor and maintain stock levels for your station, placing orders when necessary Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Help with counter service when needed Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Proven experience as a Chef De Partie, Commis Chef, or in a similar culinary role Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification Food hygiene certification Comprehensive knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices Excellent understanding of Allergens Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Strong communication and teamwork abilities Creativity and passion for culinary innovation Excellent customer service Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items when required Additional Information For almost 20 years, for every client, in every location (whether that’s an office, stadium, cathedral or university), we have created beautiful spaces, exciting menus and friendly teams, so that each and every customer can have the hospitality experience they deserve.
