Company Description Searcys are looking for a Chef De Partie to join the team at Surveyors House, home of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Surveyors House is part of the Searcys portfolio. Comprising of Surveyors House which has 7 spaces and a capacity of up to 110 guests in the main Lecture Hall and The Wesminster Rooms at No 11, which is our additional townhouse area with 4 event spaces for private dining and drinks receptions. We are looking for personable individuals to join our kitchen brigade as Chef de Partie. You will work across a number of different events including conference and banqueting, private dining as well as our in house cafe. Responsible to manage stock levels of the section you are overseeing including ordering when required. Ensure the presentation of the food is consistent with the standards set by senior chefs. To ensure all Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements are being adhered to Any other reasonable request by the Senior Management.
