Working as a Chef de Partie for Searcys will require you to be an ambassador for this brand and deliver food that creates lasting memories. As a Chef de Partie you will work across all sections of the kitchen and support the Exec/Head Chef in the day to day running of the venue. We create fabulous events whatever or wherever the space. Responsible to manage stock levels of the section you are overseeing including ordering when required. Ensure the presentation of the food is consistent with the standards set by senior chefs. To ensure all Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements are being adhered to Any other reasonable request by the Senior Management.
