Job Description We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team in Oxford, United Kingdom. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head chef and sous chef Manage your assigned station, overseeing the production of all dishes within your area Maintain cleanliness and organization of your designated area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and timely food preparation Uphold strict food safety and sanitation standards at all times Contribute to menu development by providing innovative ideas and suggestions Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in your section Assist in inventory management and stock rotation for your station Participate in quality control measures, ensuring consistent taste and presentation of dishes Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, Commis Chef, or in a similar culinary role Culinary diploma or relevant certification in the culinary arts Some knowledge of various cooking techniques and international cuisines an advantage Strong understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Demonstrated proficiency in using professional kitchen equipment and tools Strong communication and teamwork abilities Keen attention to detail in food preparation and presentation Knowledge of menu planning and food cost control Creative mindset with a passion for culinary innovation Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Additional Information For 20+ years, for every client, in every location (whether that’s an office, stadium, cathedral or university), we have created beautiful spaces, exciting menus and friendly teams, so that each and every customer can have the hospitality experience they deserve.
