Company Description Baxterstorey are looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team at One Wood Street, One Wood Street, is one of our blue chip cooperate sites, providing retail, hospitality and fine dining. We are looking for a personable individual to join our Kitchen team as Chef de Partie. You will work primarily within retail but with opportunity to support in hospitality and fine dining also. Responsible to manage stock levels of the section you are overseeing including ordering when required. Ensure the presentation of the food is consistent with the standards set by senior chefs. To ensure all Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements are being adhered to Any other reasonable request by the Senior Management. Qualifications Excellent communication skills Hands on and proactive approach Able to work autonomously and as part of a team Excellent time management and prioritising Strong organisational skills Additional Information We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is open to ideas and keen to learn, a mix of cooperate and high street experience would be preferable.
