ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently going through a period of exponential growth which requires us to seek the skills and experience of a Chef de Partie to help us maintain a this consistent standard across our portfolio of venues.
To be a good fit in this role, you will have a passion and flair for food preparation and presentation a huge emphasis on the latter as this is what we have become recognised for. You should have the ability to work well as part of a dynamic and busy team and support the rest of the team with duties and tasks required to ensure food leaving the kitchen is appetising, well presented and of the highest quality. At times you will be required to assist in stock replenishment and rotation to ensure the kitchen operates efficiently.
