Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with Borgo’s recipes and quality standards.
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to expedite orders and meet customer expectations.
- Contribute to menu planning and development under the guidance of the Head Chef.
- Uphold Borgo’s standards of excellence in food quality and presentation.
Experience:
- Previous experience working as a Chef de partie in a restaurant setting.
- Proficiency in various cooking techniques and familiarity with kitchen equipment.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Culinary certification or degree is a plus.
