Chef De Partie @ Ship Inn, Musselburgh
The position of Chef de Partie has arisen to join the team at the Ship Inn due to an increase in business and our outdoor kitchen and dining area re opening for the year.
Positioned in the seaside town of Musselburgh the job is in an excellent location for those living in East Lothian & Surrounding Areas as well as being easily accessible for those commuting from Edinburgh with excellent bus services.
Our kitchen is custom built to suit the venues food offering of Seaside Bistro cooking seasonally to a high volume & standard, the kitchen is a bright, beautiful, airy & well laid out area with 5 sections where we prepare everything.
The main duties of the role are
Experience of at least 2 years as a Chef de Partie in a similar standard of Bistro/Brasserie/ Gastropub would be desireable for this role and there is plenty of potential to develop within the growing company if the applicant shows the desire and commitment to progress.

As well as having a professional experience in
Rehis Elementary Food Hygeine or equivalent is also desirable but not essential as we believe in training and developing our employees and showing them the same commitment and respect to their careers that they show to us.
