This role is for chef de partie

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of meals according to established recipes and menu specifications.
  • Cook and present dishes in accordance with restaurant standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
  • Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are adhered to at all times.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
  • Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
  • Participate in the training of new kitchen staff as required.
  • Assist in menu planning and development alongside the head chef.
