• Working hours: Approximately 38 hours per weekYOUR RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for your own section and contribute to the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.Your responsibilities include:Preparing and organizing the daily mise en place
• Preparing and presenting dishes according to the hotel's quality standards
• Taking responsibility for your section of the kitchen
• Ensuring every dish is prepared and presented correctly before service
• Coordinating with the Chef and Sous Chef
• Communicating efficiently with the service team
• Checking and managing incoming orders during service
• Maintaining hygiene, HACCP and food safety standards
• Contributing ideas to improve dishes, preparation methods and overall quality
• Supporting colleagues during busy services
• REQUIREMENTSMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in a responsible or managerial kitchen role
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar position
• Good level of English
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Professional attitude and attention to detail
• Flexible regarding evening and early-morning shifts
• EU citizenship or valid right to work in the Netherlands
• WORKING HOURSApproximately 38 hours per week, although hours may vary.The schedule consists mainly of evening shifts starting around 2:00 PM.You must also be available for a minimum of two breakfast shifts, starting from approximately 04:30.ACCOMMODATIONSingle room in a shared house.Rent: €131.32 per person per week.Travel time to the workplace is approximately 35 minutes by bicycle.MEALSOne free meal is provided per worked shift.
