We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at The Links Restaurant, a modern restaurant with a bar open to both the public and golfers — the perfect place to enjoy great food after a round on our links.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a busy kitchen, excellent cooking skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
  • Strong culinary skills and attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • HACCP training is an advantage
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard, following recipes and specifications
  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Ensure all food is prepared and presented consistently and on time
  • Help with menu preparation and contribute creative ideas for specials
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised work station
  • Monitor stock levels for your section and report shortages promptly
  • Comply fully with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
  • Support and train junior staff when required
  • Work efficiently under pressure during busy service times
