Casa is a popular small business in the West end of Glasgow. We are a fast paced brunch restaurant by day and open for private functions in the evenings on occasion. We have a varied menu and launch specials each month to keep things exciting in the kitchen. We have a small team of staff and pride ourselves on maintaining a fun and upbeat working environment.
We are looking for an experienced chef de partie to work as part of the team in our busy kitchen.

As CDP, you will work under the head chef and be responsible for (but not limited to):

• Working alongside a team of chefs to produce our fantastic brunch menu, consistently and safely during service
• Working to brand specs and recipes
• Contributing to ordering procedures and stock taking
• Maintaining food safety standards including all due diligence paper work and cleaning schedules
