The Catering Project Group is looking for an experienced Chef De Partie for an immediate start.
Reporting to the Head Chef, this is a casual position working in a busy corporate kitchen serving rustic styled food for catering and events.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all food operations paying particular attention to every stage of the production process.
  • Manage freshness, quality and ensure all products are delivered as per SOP.
  • Ensure all orders are dispatched on time from the kitchen.
  • Ensure consistency across all products.
  • Manage processes, SOP’s and on the job training across kitchen team.
  • Quality Assurance.
  • Manage HACCP processes and checks.
  • Ensuring food storage control.
  • Ensuring compliance with food storage practices and food hygiene practice.
  • Carries out additional duties required to fulfil the position and as requested.
