✅ REQUIREMENTS

  • A Diploma or higher qualification in Pastry, Bakery, or related culinary disciplines.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in pastry within a high-standard restaurant or hotel environment.
  • Strong team player with leadership potential and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude with a passion for pastry arts.
  • Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef, Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef, and Pastry Chef during service to ensure quality, timing, and coordination of all dessert items.
  • Uphold the highest standards in presentation, flavor, texture, and portion control for all pastry items.
  • Use only approved ingredients as directed by senior kitchen leadership to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Take full ownership and responsibility for your station, ensuring cleanliness, readiness, and overall efficiency.
  • Proactively communicate with the team to suggest improvements and address challenges in your section.
  • Ensure all items produced in your section meet the company’s quality and presentation standards.
