YOUR NEW ROLE:

Reporting directly to our head & sous chefs, you will join a supportive team working with quality Australian seafood served in an approachable way.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Day-to-day management of kitchen sections – ensuring that high standards are met.
• Ensuring all food health and safety guidelines and processes are followed.
• Support on ensuring COGS and key performance metrics are met in the kitchen
