Serving handmade artisanal pizzas, fresh seafood, seasonal dishes and cicchetti. The Role… We are seeking an experienced Chef De Partie, to join our team at Cecconi's Bicester (OX26 6WD). Your main responsibility is to ensure that the food we deliver to our members and guests is of the highest quality. This includes preparing food before service, setting up and stocking kitchen stations and plating to company standards. What we are looking for in a Chef De Partie... 1-2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile kitchen in a similar senior role Team player who communicates well with all colleagues Punctual, reliable and trustworthy Sense of urgency Yes, yes, yes mentality Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Have a genuine passion for food and beverage Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required Physical Requirements: Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects by hand Able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required Expected working hours for a Chef De Partie: Varying shift times across the seven days, to include working evenings, weekends, opens & closes Average hours 45-48 hours per week Transport: 9 min walk from Bicester Town Centre, local train stations - Bicester North & Bicester Village (direct from Oxford & Banbury)
