We are looking for a Full-Time experienced Chef de Partie (Minimum 2, recommended 3 years) in a similar role.

An experienced Chef de Partie with a strong background in European cuisine who has completed an apprenticeship or who has passed the appropriate trade test

  • Good attendance, punctuality, politeness and a strong approach to work are required
  • Ability to work under pressure ensuring good with effective communication
  • No racial or gender discrimination will be tolerated
  • Prepares and cooks food according to recipes
  • Monitors food quality and presentation
  • Manages and trains Cooks and Kitchenhands in food preparation, cooking techniques and food safety
  • Orders and maintains inventory of food
  • Collaborates with management to develop new dishes and improve existing recipes
  • Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Completed Apprenticeship
  • Completion of Cert IV – Minimum 2, recommended 3 years of work experience
  • Food Handling Certificate
  • Understanding of Food Safety
