As a Chef de Partie at Ciel, you’ll:

• Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver high-quality dishes consistently
• Take responsibility for a section of the kitchen, ensuring standards are maintained
• Assist with prep, service, and maintaining stock levels
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
• Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal changes
• Support and mentor junior kitchen staff when needed
