The European, a well established one hat restaurant together with the City Wine Shop are looking for an experienced and passionate CDP to work with our talented team on a full-time basis with 2 regular days off and no split shifts.
You will work closely with the Head Chef of the European to have input in menu design around the seasons and the ability to develop your career within our venues with an established restaurant group.

Key Selection Criteria

• 3+ years’ full-time work experience for qualified chefs
• Qualification: Cert 3 Commercial Cookery (preferred but not essential)
• A strong understanding of ordering and stock rotation, including stock take
• Ensure cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen and surrounds
• Exceptional organisation, communication and time management skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and unsupervised
• Full work rights required
