The Coach & Horses, a thriving village pub just outside Market Harborough, is looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team.
We are passionate about delivering freshly prepared, high-quality food that celebrates great pub classics alongside seasonal specials. • Working closely with our Head Chef to prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
• Taking responsibility for your own section, ensuring it runs smoothly during service.
• Helping to maintain excellent food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in line with regulations.
• Contributing ideas for menus and daily specials.
