Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of food quality, presentation, and timely delivery within assigned kitchen section.
  • Supervise and coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor compliance with quality standards, hygiene, stock management, and culinary techniques.
  • Maintain and enforce up-to-date plating guides aligned with dish descriptions and presentation standards.
  • Handle daily ordering of ingredients and promote effective interdepartmental communication.
  • Uphold and comply with all health, food safety, and hygiene standards in line with hotel policies, HACCP requirements, including those mandated by UAE Municipality.
