Are you passionate about good food, enjoy working with great people and looking for a workplace that's a little different?

At Winkelgasse Café & Pub in Munich, we combine a unique, magical atmosphere with British-inspired comfort food, creative breakfast dishes and homemade specialties.

We're looking for a motivated Cook / Kitchen Assistant (m/f/d) to join our friendly, international kitchen team.

Our working language is English. German is not required.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare our signature breakfast dishes, including Eggs Benedict, Full English Breakfast and Scones.
• Prepare British-inspired comfort food, Meat Pies and Pub classics.
• Assist with food preparation, cooking, plating and daily kitchen operations.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness and hygiene.
• Work closely with our international kitchen and service team.
• Contribute your own ideas and help us create great experiences for our guests.

What We're Looking For

• Previous practical experience in a professional kitchen.
• Passion for fresh, homemade food and quality ingredients.
• A positive attitude, reliability and a hands-on mentality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to stay organized and focused during busy service hours.
• A driver's license is a plus, but not required.

A formal culinary qualification is not essential. Practical experience, motivation and the right attitude matter most to us.

Deine Aufgaben

• Zubereitung unserer Frühstücksklassiker wie Eggs Benedict, Full English Breakfast und Scones
• Zubereitung von britischem Comfort Food, Meat Pies und Pub-Klassikern
• Vorbereitung, Kochen und Anrichten unserer Speisen
• Unterstützung bei der täglichen Küchenorganisation
• Einhaltung unserer Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards
• Zusammenarbeit mit unserem internationalen Küchen- und Serviceteam

Dein Profil

• Praktische Erfahrung in einer professionellen Küche
• Leidenschaft für frische Lebensmittel und hausgemachtes Essen
• Zuverlässigkeit, Teamgeist und eine positive Einstellung
• Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Englischkenntnisse für die tägliche Kommunikation
• Führerschein von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung

Eine abgeschlossene Kochausbildung ist nicht zwingend erforderlich. Viel wichtiger sind uns praktische Erfahrung, Motivation und Freude an der Arbeit.
