Public Urban Bars Ltd is a young, independent, dynamic, multi-site hospitality Company, currently looking to recruit a talented chef to join the current team at its flagship pub in Rainhill. CookHouse Pub & Carvery is a quality, award-winning, food-led, family-friendly pub concept, with a focus on the local community. Applicants must have previous experience of working in a high quality, high volume, freshly prepared, food environment, and should be used to working as part of a large kitchen team, but also have the ability to work under their own initiative. The positions is open to chefs of all levels, with career growth opportunities available for candidates with a desire to develop their skill set.
