CORK CITY GASTROBAR AND VENUE – CHEF DE PARTIE

We are seeking experienced Chef de Partie and Commis Chef for our Client, a new GastroBar/ Restaurant opening in Cork City in July. Excellent opportunity to join the opening team at this exciting new high-end property.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Experience: Preferred - 2 years in a similar role GastroBar or 4*Hotel
• Standards: A passion for hospitality and focused on standards & service
• Communication: Excellent English and written communication skills.
• Teamwork: Highly motivated with experience working in a busy team.
• Flexibility: Availability to work days, evenings & weekends on Rota
• Note; Current legal status to live and work in Ireland is required
• Interviews; Will be in-person, onsite, no remote option available
• Other roles; We are also recruiting Chefs, food servers and Bar team
