Job Description We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef De Partie to join our culinary team for our award winning French Brasserie & Bar - Couqley Downtown Dubai. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Manage and operate a designated section of the kitchen, maintaining efficiency and quality standards Train and supervise junior kitchen staff in your section Ensure proper food storage, handling, and rotation to maintain freshness and minimize waste Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen setting Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role for a high end Ala Carte Restaurant Strong knowledge of various French cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene standards Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Additional Information Why work for Accor?
