In this position, you bring the dishes together and work different cuisines: brasserie for the bar, asian street food for the restaurant and handy snacks for room service. This opportunity is located only 5 minutes walking distance from station Amsterdam Zuid, at the Crowne Plaza Amsterdam-South.

ABOUT US

Crowne Plaza Amsterdam-South is located in the bubbly Zuidas area, just a 5-minute walk from station Amsterdam Zuid which connects you to the city centre within 10 minutes. Easy to reach, the area previously known as the financial district of Amsterdam is becoming more and more residential, with great bars, restaurants, shops and a Thursday market.
The hotel offers 207 room, 6 meeting rooms, fitness facilities, a lively bar and two outdoor sun-terraces overlooking the Zuidas area. In 2024 the restaurant was rebranded to De Japanner Zuid, Amsterdam’s very first izakaya concept, drawing inspiration from the traditional Japanese izakaya bars where locals gather to unwind with drinks and snacks after work before starting their long trip back home.
