We are currently seeking a passionate and detail orientated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team on a casual contract. Here’s a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:
Produce all items of a culinary nature to the standard required, as laid down by the Executive Chef.
To work in a supportive manner to the person responsible for a relevant section

• Performs other related tasks as assigned by management.
• Complies with Dalmahoy Hotel and Country Club policies and procedures.
