ABOUT US:
We’re looking for a chef (Commis to CDP level) to join our growing & ambitious team in The Farm Table, our 70 cover fresh food restaurant.
We want someone who’s passionate about seasonality, provenance & sustainability. Our menu evolves each week, championing fruit & veg picked each morning just a few yards away, onsite butchery, cidery, vineyard, apiary, gelato & bean-to-bar chocolatier. We use the Dart’s Farm food hall as our larder, celebrating the very best artisan produce & have the odd foraging outing!
Since opening 3 years ago we have been awarded 1 AA Rosette, Trencherman’s Guide ‘Higher Membership’, Good Food Guide’s ‘Britain’s Top 100 Local Restaurants’ & shortlisted as Restaurant of the Year (outside London) by Food & Travel Magazine.
Both 42 & 48 hour roles available.
